Job Description

 

  • Develop the Standardize written documentation related to the credit and customer set up process such as Policy and Manual of Credit Control
  • Review and revised the Policy and Manual of the Credit Control to comply with the current and future situation
  • Develop the standardize criteria of loan requirement such as customer conditions and requirement documents
  • Review and revised the criteria and requirement documents to attract more customers for the growing the business by minimize the risk.
  • Develop the flow of the operation for the Credit Services.
  • Implement and monitor the Policy, manual, criteria and guideline
  • Initiate process for improvement and quality reviews to simplify the productivity
  • Recommend and make appropriate logical changes to the company credit policy
  • Direct, manage and monitor staffs in the section
  • Develop a strong structure for Credit Control Section.
  • Develop and growth staff multi knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Develop the plan and tasks responsibility for staffs
  • Resolve the disputes of staffs in the section or with other section and customer’s unsatisfied about the products and services
  • Analyze the specific credit applications for terms of sale and credit limits with appropriate and logical
  • Manage, motivate and provide the training to the judgment staffs to improve the quality of judgment.
  • Provide necessary information and discuss all risks inherent in credit exposures with Operation Manager, Managing Director and other relevance sections to ensuring the quality judgments are made.
  • Evaluate the staff performance appraisal
  • Preparing Daily Performance of Approval Result for report MD and other sections
  • Preparing the report and countermeasure for the improve the Credit Control Productivities and report to MD and Head of others section in the Management Meeting
  • Report the result and progress of the Credit Control Section in the Management Meeting
  • Participate in appropriate trade and credit groups to improve credit knowledge

Job Requirements

 
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Relevant Field
  • At least 5 years experiences
  • Dynamic and positive work attitude
  • Honest and willing to work hard
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and positive work attitude with ability and willing to learn
