Job Description

 
  • Keep and update all necessary legal regulations regarding banking regulations, new civil code, new penal procedue code to ensure that operation are compliance with
  • Assist to legal & compliance mananger on developing and updating compiance/whistlebolwing policies, procedures and code of conducts, and involve in whistlebolwing process
  • Develop and update the training materials of contract law and other related law
  • Check and review the contract from related parties with our bank
  • Participate and controbute lebal and regualtion advisement into updated and new coming policies and procedures  in order to ensure noncompliace risk was properly mitigated
  • Liase with lawyer on the legal proceeding to the court case in order to be achieved legal issues.
     

Job Requirements

 
  • BA in law, preferable with business law, or other related field
  • Legal consultancy experience, focusing on contract and other law related to bank
  • Knowledge of contract, land and civil law
  • Possess strong analytical, conceptual and negotiation skill
  • Good command of English
