Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment plan
  • Organize advertising, interviewing  & selection processes for recruitment campaigns.
  • Select the  most efficient sourcing option for the company.
  • Determine  applicant requirements by studying job description and  job qualifications.
  • Determine  qualifications by interviewing, analyzing, verifying references, comparing qualifications to  job requirements.
  • Maintain relationships  with colleges, job fairs  related partners  part  recruiting & training efforts.
  • Work closely with hiring manager to determine final on decisions  candidate hiring.
  • Monitor  and reduce  the cost of  the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job offer letter for  success  candidate and initiate, facilitate the staff orientation about company policy  new employee.
  • Assist HRM in designing policies and procedure.
  • Matters related to remuneration and welfares of employees such as insurance, annual staff trip
  • Other task assigned by manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree/Master degree in the field of Human resource management or any related field
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Trustworthy, honest, commitment, flexible and responsible
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Attentive and devoted to deliver good quality of works.
  • able to travel to province
