Direct Supervisor: Branch Manager

Job Description

  • Check Customer’s information and supporting document.
  • Conduct assessment by phone call.
  • Do CBC inquiry.
  • Record all customer information in system.
  • Assist Branch Manager/Deputy Branch Manager/Assessment head office for loan approval with quality.
  • Make a final decision on approval (If available at branch level)
  • Record in excel for daily report.
  • Manage and make daily judgment report.
  • Manage and lead a team to get a smooth operation.
  • Good communication with assessment head office.
  • Any tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration and other related fields.
  • At least 2year in Banking Sector (MFI, MDI, Bank)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, attentive and devoted to deliver good quality of works.
  • Trustworthy, honest, commitment, flexible and responsible.
