- Check Customer’s information and supporting document.
- Conduct assessment by phone call.
- Do CBC inquiry.
- Record all customer information in system.
- Assist Branch Manager/Deputy Branch Manager/Assessment head office for loan approval with quality.
- Make a final decision on approval (If available at branch level)
- Record in excel for daily report.
- Manage and make daily judgment report.
- Manage and lead a team to get a smooth operation.
- Good communication with assessment head office.
- Any tasks assigned by management.
- Degree in Business Administration and other related fields.
- At least 2year in Banking Sector (MFI, MDI, Bank)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, attentive and devoted to deliver good quality of works.
- Trustworthy, honest, commitment, flexible and responsible.
