Job Description

  • Prepare monthly plan and activities for branch controlling
  • Spot check on operation matters where relevant and necessary
    > Customer visit
    > Dealer visit
    > Branch staff activities
  • Review branch operation document to assess for gap and loophole
    > Financial form
    > Non Financial form
  • Review gap between policy/procedure/flow and current/actual proactive
  • Identify challenges, strengths and weaknesses in those matters related to branch operation
  • Work in details with branch management to cope challenge and weakness point such as:
    > How to respond on challenge specific area, if not, it will raise these issues to management
    > How to improve weakness point of branch
    > Set action points to be improved and follow up
    > Report on internal control and implement to management/SOS/L&B
    > Alert to branch staff of operation risk
    > Work and cooperate closely with branch manager to improvement of branch performance
  • Other task assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or any related field
  • 3-5 years experience and at least 1-2 years in management role
  • Inherit with basic knowledge and concept on risk management
  • Understand branch operation incidents, Fraud and Compliance matter report, complaint management, branch financial performance
  • Ability to use computer such as Ms.Word, Excel, PPT
  • Good in English
  • Strong organizational skills & problem solving skill
  • Able to travel to province when needed
  • Good analytical skill and strong communication skill
