Job Description

  • Manage and handle on daily Authorization Operation to ensure that 24h/day of 7 days is smoothly operating
  • Developing essential Operation by keeping amendment on error / loophole and implementing improvements of Authorization by complying with bank Policies & Procedures
  • Monitoring on abnormal transaction performance trend to prevent the credit risk transaction
  • Oversees daily card declined transaction for further appropriate improvement
  • Reviewing system reports to minimize suspicious/fraudulent transaction risk involved
  • Recover Unauthorized/Fraud transaction loss by performing and communicated via Visa Online as well as backup institution of lose recover
  • Investigating/raising system issue and functionality if any to avoid interruption of daily working process
  • Testing fixed-issue of digital payment system provided by Vendor and confirms
    deploying to production environment Providing support on Visa Credit Card inquiry to meet customer satisfaction
  • Oversee on Daily Card Maintenance Status Report to ensure card status is changed correctly
  • Analyzing and calling to confirm suspicious transaction and blocking Visa Credit Card if it is reported fraudulent usage.
  • Preparing reports and countermeasure for improvement of Authorization Section , and report to Head of Operation and Managing Director
  • Prepare Monthly/ Yearly Report the result and progress of Authorization Section in Management Meeting
  • Other task assign by line manager

Job Requirement

  • University degree in Business Management, Economics, F&B, or related field
  • At least 5 years experiences in Authorization, Dispute & Fraud, or any related skill in Finance or Banking Industry which do the operation with Visa/MC
  • Experience in Managerial function and high capacity ability in leading the team
  • Honest, proactive, well-organized, matured, strong commitment, and good interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency and Advance MS Offices
  • Able to work in fast moving working environment with tight deadline
  • Able to work under pressure and be self-motivated
