Job Description
  • Assist management for updating policy and procedure to adapt market trends
  • Assist on KPI setting and evaluation
  • Analysis on credit quality and reporting
  • Assist management with the Staff Capacity Development Plan
  • Initiate idea to improve assessment quality and timeliness (Modification or Enhancement Process)
  • Handle Upcoming Projects in Department
  • Others Task Assigned by Managements
  • Bachelor Degree in Administration or any related field
  • Good command in written and spoken English
  • Trustworthy, honest, commitment, flexible and responsible
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Attentive and devoted to deliver good quality of works.
  • Has 2 years experience in loan assessment, CO, or any related field.
  • Has statistic skill is better
