Yes, please submit your original Motor Registration Card (MRC) to AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. when you get a new motorbike through our installment service including agency which is recommended by AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. or through the dealer where you purchase the motorbike.
You will be able to withdraw your Motor Registration Card (MRC) 3 working days after you fulfill your payment obligation to us. To get the Express card, customer is required to use either an Installment service or a Personal Loan service of AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. for at least 6 month period and have a good payment record every month (regular and on time payment).
The benefit of the Express card is as follows:

AEON 3D secure service is a security feature provided by AEON Specialized Bank (Cambodia) Plc. This service is functioned only when you make an online transaction with your AEON Card at a participating Visa Secure online merchant, you will receive 6 digits OTP through an SMS and Email that sent to your registered mobile phone number and email then simply enter that OTP to authenticate your transaction.
AEON 3D secure service provides an extra security protection against online fraud. When you make an online transaction with your AEON Card at a participating Visa Secure online merchant, an OTP is required to complete your transaction. With the implementation of OTP authentication, your AEON card information will not be pilfered for any reason, anyone will not be able to use your AEON card for the online transactions without the OTP sent to your registered mobile phone.
No registration is required for AEON 3D secure service. You (AEON Cardholder) will be automatically received OTP number when you make online transaction with Visa Secure merchant. Please ensure your registered mobile phone number and email address with us is valid and updated.
OTP (One-Time Password) is a dynamic password which is used to authenticate your online securetransaction. It is time sensitive and valid for one time used only.
After you fill your card information correctly, OTP will be generated automatically and send to your mobile phone number and email which you register with AEON SPB and please ensure that it has been in your privacy.
The OTP will be expired in 3 minutes after it is issued and it is only valid for one-time used. If you are unable to enter the OTP to complete your online transaction before/after the OTP expires, you can click “Resend OTP” button on the transaction webpage in order to receive another valid OTP on your registered mobile number and email. You can re-submit the new OTP to complete the transaction.
