On 15^th to 17^th May 2024, the AEON Federation, Japan, donated two wells to Pongror Village, Kvao Commune, Traing District, Takeo Province. This initiative aims to provide clean water for people in the village, who are lacking clean water for usage which can lead to other health problems. 20 participants from the AEON Federation travelling from Japan and 4 local staff members from AEON Group Cambodia participated in the well digging activity as well as creating fun activities including games and dances with the villagers for cultural exchange. The team also visited for a discussion with principal of Kdei Ron Primary School in Kdei Ron Village to understand the situation and their needs to consider further support on education for children in the village along with some donation of easy sport equipment. We hope that this contribution can be a part to help uplift the living condition and health of the people in this community. Water is Life, Clean Water means Health.
