Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Koh Pich. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our network equipment, computer servers, and other IT infrastructure. You will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure network equipment(e.g., routers, switches, access control, CCTV, etc.)
• Install and configure new computer/server hardware.
• Check and monitor network capacity and performance, equipment configuration.
• Check and monitor network licensing, maintenance, and subscription renewal.
• Check and monitor network infrastructure including software and hardware devices.
• Check and perform asset inventory update and reporting.
• Check, troubleshoot, and report computer patch update & antivirus update
• Check and monitor system/server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
• Check and monitor system/server licensing, maintenance, and subscription renewal.
• Check and diagnose/repairs faulty system/server hardware.

Requirement

• Year 3 up university study in IT
• Able to work full time
• Able to work at Head Office (Koh Pich)
• willing to learn and commitment
