Job Overview

Responsible for reviewing, establishing, and maintaining administrative and personnel systems, as well as preparing HR documents and assisting with payroll and loan processing. Your duties will also include communicating with line managers and participating in HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review, establish and maintain effective administrative, personnel filing and systems.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, probation form, .. and new hire guides.
  • Assist payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. new staff information, time attendant…)
  • Manage the user request for add and delete system forms for new and resigned staff
  • Assist process staff loan.
  • Preparing the report of staff loan and maintain staff loan document
  • Manage and communicate the probation evaluation to line manger onetime
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations or payroll management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
